showing the error message or problem.

- Attach the required screenshots as proof of the issue.
- Provide your order details, including the order number and the product key
- Refund Process
- Our team will review the submitted proof to verify the issue.
- If the issue is confirmed as genuine, a refund will be processed promptly
within
7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method only.
Important Notes
- Refund requests without proper proof will not be entertained.
- Refunds will not be granted for issues caused by customer negligence, such as
incorrectly entering the product key or failing to meet system requirements
- This policy applies only to purchases made directly on Microsofty.in.
